Challenge

The Lithuanian company Ainhuk.LT approached me with a request to develop a simple, functional, and user-friendly online store that would be as straightforward as possible for both customers and employees.

Client’s Requirements:
- A lightweight online store without unnecessary complexities.
- Integration with the Optimum CRM system for automated order processing and synchronization with the cash register.
- Instant order notifications on employees’ smartphones.
- The ability to view all order details directly on a mobile device.

Development and design

What Was Done

- Minimalist Design: A clean, uncluttered interface with a focus on usability. Simple navigation and an intuitive checkout process.
- Mobile Adaptation: The site is fully responsive, and store employees receive real-time notifications about new orders directly on their smartphones, with the ability to quickly access all order details.
- Online Store Functionality:
A product catalog with convenient search and filtering options
A simple shopping cart and a seamless checkout process
(planned) Online payment integration and cash register compatibility via CRM
Automated order notifications
- Performance & Optimization: Fast page loading, mobile responsiveness, and SEO-friendly settings for better search engine indexing.

Fixed Toolbar with Essential Links

A fixed bottom toolbar with key links was designed and implemented on the e-commerce website:

1. Home Page – quick access to the catalog and main sections.
2. Cart – easy management of purchases.
3. Promotions – instant access to discounts and special offers.
4. Personal Account – access to orders and profile settings.
5. Support – clicking opens a pop-up window with:
- A call button for customer support.
- A feedback form.

Why is this a good idea?

Enhances Navigation Convenience
Users always have the most important links at their fingertips, reducing the time needed to find the right section.
Improves usability on mobile devices where scrolling can be more challenging.

Increases Conversion Rates
Quick access to the cart shortens the path from selecting a product to checkout.
A dedicated promotions section encourages users to make additional purchases.

Provides One-Click Customer Support
A pop-up window with contact options lowers communication barriers, increasing trust in the store.
The ability to call instantly reduces the chances of losing a potential customer.

Improves Mobile UX
Fixed elements are familiar to mobile app users, making the site more intuitive.
Minimizes the need for excessive scrolling, especially for less engaged users.

Integration

Telegram + Ainhuk.LT

At the client's request, two feedback forms (B2B and B2C) were developed, sending messages directly to a Telegram group via a Telegram bot. Employees can be added to this group to ensure prompt handling of customer inquiries.

Why is this convenient?
- Instant notifications – employees receive requests immediately and can respond quickly.
- Shared access – the entire team sees incoming messages, making coordination easier.
- Flexibility – staff can be added or removed without changing form settings.
- Telegram instead of email – lower risk of missing important messages, and responses are faster.

Integration

WooCommerce + CRM Integration

The website was built on WordPress + WooCommerce, fully integrated with the Optimum CRM system, allowing real-time synchronization of customer, order, and product data.

At the moment, the site remains under our full maintenance. SEO site optimization is performed monthly. The client also buys the "remote marketer" service.

Custom Email Template

A branded email template was designed to match the website's aesthetic, ensuring professional and visually cohesive customer communication

Conclusion

The final project turned out exactly as the client envisioned: a simple, convenient, and functional solution that streamlines business processes, saves employees’ time, and provides a smooth shopping experience for customers.
